INTRODUCTION

Recently, MMS hired an independent research company to call our current and former clients and ask them about MMS and its services. Without mentioning MMS, the researchers asked:
  • How do you decide which company will manufacture your CD?
  • What added services or features do you look for in a CD manufacturing company?
    And, finally:
  • What do you think of MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES?
Two days into the survey, the head researcher called us. "First of all," he began, "do you know how hard it is to get these musicians on the phone during work hours??

But I called today because I just had to tell you - we can't believe how incredibly positive everyone is about your customer service!"

And when the company presented their final findings, one of the researchers said:

* Among experienced members of the industry (record labels/recording studios), responsiveness in customer service gave them peace of mind.
* For novice musicians, coaching through each step of the process was very important.
